=D> AWSOME!!!! was it an open unit or a LE unit? great bull. ijust read that story and wow! sounds like a great hunt! way to keep your wits when that arrow fell off !!! oh ya and that is even cooler that it was a general unit! fantastic!!! congradulations again!

I would be WAY EXCITED if I arrowed a Bull that size on Public Land on a general unit.

GoatT, congratulations ! :) That is one spectacular bull & and a great story. I have never killed a elk but i hope to someday. Your story and picture has sure give me alot of inspiration to give it a try someday.

You guys from Utah slay me... 300-315 is an "average" bull... uh huh.... try hunting CO public land sometime.
