2007 Muzzleloader Buck

Here is a picture of the buck my brother killed at 10 yards on opening morning. My brother stayed low and sat on the deer escape route, while I hunted higher on the mountain. I guess he made the right decision! They were even able to drag the deer out whole and I haven't done that in years. Enjoy!

Okay guys.....here is one more picture. I still have a lot of hunting to do, so this is the only other picture I will post for now. I never took a shot, because every time I made a stalk on the buck I am after...another hunter would take a "hail marry" shot and just spook the deer. I am just glad he didn't wound it!

That is a beautiful buck and with a muzzle gun... WOW!!! Way to start off the season trent!

I can't imagine having that buck run right down the trail right into you.

Your little boy looks cute holding that set of antlers. I bet he was proud of his dad.

At 10 yards I still think that I would have a hard time hitting something that is that big. I"d be shaking so bad that it would blur my vision.
