78 year old Father in law last elk hunt

I am looking for a General area any Bull unit in Utah to take my 78 year old Father in Law who said this is his last hunt. Is anyone willing to share a tip on where we can take him. We do have horses so he will be somewhat mobile. I appreciate your helping me make this a memorable hunt. Buff77
