A pretty good start....

Thanks. Very rarely will I find them this close together, although on a couple of occasions I've actually found them touching each other.

Hey Sawsman, I very rarely find them that close either...never have I found a set touching though. That would be the ulitmate find no matter what size they were! A girl can dream....

I would love to go on the weekdays, but sadly there just isn't enough hours in the day!

I have to go on the weekends, besides that I'm still trying to get over being sick for this weekends trip...

I have been going about every night, have only about 2 hours before its too dark but 2 hours is better than nothing for me.. Im pretty close to my secret spots so it doesnt take me very long to run over there.
Maybe I should tie off to Duke tonight.. a 130 pound dog will be a good anchor!

Be careful. I wanted to go out this afternoon also but it looks kind of nasty out there. The spots I go are not much fun when the weather gets bad. I am hoping to take the day off friday and get back out there.

Shedgirl, I get excited with every shed I find. I dont care if it is old or new, big or small. I take a picture of every shed before I pick it up and keep a photo album of all my sheds. I dont get rid of them or sell them. I wont cut them either. I just like to watch my pile grow bigger every year. What a rush.

I am the same way...I can't even describe how excited I get! I try to take pics of my finds as they lay...my problem is though that I get sooo excited run up to it and snatch it up! After I've got it in my hand, then I'm like awww crap! It is something I am working on....I think I need a support group! lol

Hey how do you get the lil pic next to your name? Every pic I try to download says it won't work....any advice to a computer class drop out?

I had to have Bret do mine. I couldnt figure it out either. Email it to him and he will shrink it for you and email it back. Mine is from Kodiak Island Alaska.

It took me a few years to get to where I could control it long enough for a picture. I still get the shakes and feel the rush though.

 Find smaller sheds that will make the image small enough to fit in that tiny little space. If I remember correctly I had to drastically reduce the image size to get mine to work. I'd be more than happy to shrink one up for ya if you want.

Man a girl starts a thread and it generates 4 pages in a little over 24 hours.... Heck of a ::wel i'd say. Mighty nice sheds and welcome to the site.

 One and the same. That was my first and most likely my only post over there, as i am happy being here on Muley Madness, but that guy lit a fire under me and I couldnt help but register and put my two cents in there. I dont know what happened but it sounds like somebody was acting like a jerk. Sorry about that. I am a believer in Karma. What comes around goes around.

Besides I would rather have friends than enemies anyway. Treat people the way you want to be treated and you cant go wrong.

I read some of the comments being thrown out on that other site after AntlersOutWest mentioned something about it. Those few folks are perfect examples of the kinds of folks we don't allow here on MuleyMadness.

What chaps my rear end is that those types of folks seem to think that they are some sort of tough guy while sitting in the safety of their own home in front of a personal computer. The real deal is, they are usually the same folks that will not stand up for anything, including themselves, when faced with adversity in the real world. Most are just cowards...and throwing verbal jabs and putting people down online is their way of feeling superior.

I read your post also 79...and thought it was very well done. I wish you and your family the best!

And Shedgirl...good on ya for putting up the good fight in your personal life and not stooping to the idiot's level on that other board.

I hear you guys, I also am a firm believer in karma and it's really gonna hurt those guys when it comes around. It's hard not to let those comments hurt and even harder not to sink to their level and respond as they do, but I gotta look past them and remember what I'm about and try not to let them get to me.

Anyway, I don't have time or room in my life for people and comments like that. I appreciate this site being prideful on no negative comments, we're all here for one reason and that's doing the things we love which is shed hunting. It's nice to log on and know that there's not going to be anything mean or hateful on my post or anywhere else on this site regarding my post. So thank you for running a great site, and not letting others put people down.

I look forward to posting pictures from my future outings, and to seeing all of yours as well!

79Ford- Thank you and I am very sorry to hear about your family, I wish them health and longevity.
