well washingtons results are up, did you draw anything?

i cant believe washington beat oregon this year!

I didn't get anything, and neither did my wife. I guess we will just hunt the general seasons and be happy with that.
My son drew a bull tag for Rimrock, so I will help him there.

I was a bit surprised also that Washington results came out before Oregons. I know that the company that conducts our draw also does Oregon's. I was under the assumption that Oregon was ALWAYS conducted first. Then again, it could have and Washington just released theirs a bit faster than Oregon.

With all that being said....I struck out!! Miss out on Idaho also so it looks like I am hunting the general seasons in both states with OTC tags. No worries, there is always next year and I have fun either way!

well, you see- i'm going a different route this year, i made a pact with the elk and sheep gods, that if theyed give me a great tag, i wouldn't check early and patiently wait for my card in the mail.

i've almost broke a couple times, knowing that i could speed dial the number, and know in seconds. but i'm not doing it!

BUT!!!!
most guys seasons are in the dumps with are plain ol general tags, me? i'm still thinking i got a killer tag coming my way;)

i do have a buddy that drew his hurricain creek mt.goat tag. it will be a great hunt and a first for me. horses , mules, wall tents, a bonus of good archery elk hunting, what more could i ask for? (other than a sheep tag for myself...)

 Man, you sure live vicariously through your friends, don't you?! LOL...I sure wish I had friends like that (Actually I wish I had friends...LOL)
