Another future wall hanger muley.

I went to nevada for 10 days... and one of the days i went out by the creek because i was bored. Well i heard this little guy Crying so i followed the sound and i found him and his mom. He fell about 6 feet off a drop into the creek and the doe was up on top. Well The doe spotted me and took off. So i ran back to the trailer and got the camera. well when i got back the fawn was no where in sight. So i found his tracks in the mud and followed them. the tracks went into the creek so i guessed he crossed the creek. so i jumped over it and found him laying in some tall grass like stuff. Well my nephew took off with the camera so i told my other nephew to stay there and i was gonna hurry and get the camera back. well the fawn got up and ran. He had a broken leg from when he fell off the 6 foot drop so he didnt run very far. we saw where he bedded down and went and got a quick picture then left him alone. Well here he is...

Broken leg on a fawn doesn't sound good at all to me as far as survival goes.

Bummer! :>/

Thanks for picture though.

Yea, unfortunately he has a "tall hill to climb"...no pun intended. The Coyotes will more than likely get him before he has any chance at all.

Well there were plenty of places for the fawn to get back up... but just happen to fall off where it was a drop off. Went back the next day and he was gone. Seen his mom a couple times.
