Got one of the coveted Arizona Archery Kaibab tags this year! WOOT WOOT, first year it went to the draw.

Finally drew and ended up with bulls with muzzleloader in western Gila and a muley buck tag same unit with rifle. WOOHOO!

Don't quite know which one to be more excited about. never got two good tags in one year ever!

It is my second hunt in the great Kaibab Plateau. I got my first ever bab hunt last year and shot a nice 171 buck. Absolutely fell in love with the bab, tried to go archery this year, but sadly it went to a draw, got lucky enough to get a tag though! So excited, it starts FRIDAY!!!! WHOOT WHOOT
Hopefully by this time next week I may have pictures to show off???

Of course the 1 year I finally decide to join the Marines dad draws all the tags. Utah general deer and Premium Limited Entry Elk on the Boulders, 3rd season Colorado deer, Wyoming deer and Antelope! I'm pissed I didn't do a year of reserves then switch over to acticve duty!!! I'm home for 10 days right now but of course the 1 week im in town dad cant take work off and try out some archery hunting for that Elk tag. He's extremely busy this year and is lucky if he'll be able to get out at all, good luck to him! As for me, I guess I forgot to mention I left for boot camp beforehand (just got back last night around midninght - have been dying not being able to log on and check out everyones pics!), but I'm building up the bonus points for the next couple years :>/
