Anyone ever hunted Colorado GMU 16?

We're planning a trip to Colorado next year (2012). Looking at a ranch in GMU 16. Has anyone hunted this GMU before? We've got preference points for mule deer and will likely buy OTC bull elk tags. If you've hunted there, did you see many animals? How was the terrain? Any suggestions for this area? Thanks!
