Archery Elk 2007- 1st weekend

First Morning I seen a 4x4 buck which i did not have a license for. Went to waterhole, other hunters there. At 1:05 seen bear that called in with cow calls. At 7:30pm seen HUGE 7x7 buck.
Sunday Morning seen 2 cows at 25 yards but couldn't get a shot off ](*,) .
My dad seen a turkey that moring which opens next weekend.
Some locals told me some hints of the place so next weekend hope to shoot a huge bull!

Sounds like your having fun, atleast your seeing some nice critters along the way. Good luck next time you go out 4c
