Athletes and Guns

I know this is bit off topic, but I found it an interesting read.

I'm or course a Utah boy and seeing how K Malone is part of the read, guess I enjoyed it. He is a avid hunter himself.

There's quite a bit I could opine about on the subject but I'll leave it at this: Luke Scott shouldn't be carrying, Malone has it right, and what the heck is Stern trying to say and where did he pull up these statistics???

"It's a pretty widely accepted statistic that if you carry a gun, your chances of being shot by one increase dramatically," Stern said.

Is he looking at the military or police to get these statistics?!?
I believe everyone has the right to carry but not everyone needs to carry.

WOW - hope that counts as my novel for this term!!

That was an interesting read, I knew Malone was an avid hunter but never thought he'd seem to be so responsible about it and what not, just figured he was another guy out there with loads of money who liked easy canned hunts and didnt understand guns. shows what I know. anyways, that was interesting.. long, but interesting.
