AZ Kit Fox

Called in a kit fox in Arizona, I have been trying for one of these little devils for a while now.

He came in right at dark, barley seen him, in fact I thought it was a rabbit at first!

Are they the same as gray fox?

No I don't think that they are same. If I remember right the kit fox is smaller and the pelt has alot less orange in it. I'm no an expert though.

Kit fox are smaller framed than grey and sometimes called swift fox. Grey fox have shorter legs, smaller ears in preportion to head size and a dark stripe down the back ending in a black tipped tail.
