My hunting partner (Wally) drew archery 13B.....tag #001! He's excited. I'm actually scouting the Kaibab next week (5 days worth), as I may go there next year.

Got unit 28 mule deer. Not a hard tag to get but looking for my first deer so I'm excited!

Wow Roy, Send my congrats to Wally. That's Awesome. I just put in for a bonus point this year for AZ as my boy drew a utah archery permit and I didn't want to have to worry about splitting time between states. My only goal this year is to help him harvest his 1st buck. I am stoked.

I had 2 point...hunter's ed and loyalty. Good luck with your boy, mine is still about 8 years from being eligible!

Got a 6A mulie rifle tag this year for Nov. Fill in hunt, but I've seen some good deer there while camping in the fall.
