AZ Unit 18B Junior Hunt

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I'm humbly seeking information for my son’s hunt in a few weeks. After spending most of his free time in the first 15 years of his life offshore becoming a very accomplished angler, we got him a tag and want to get him as geeked-up about deer hunting as he is about fishing.
It’s his first deer hunt, we’ve never been to the unit, and aside from a few days to scout before the hunt, he will only have 3 days to hunt before returning to school. I would genuinely appreciate any advice and direction with regards to the hunt and a location to set up my trailer. We have decent optics, 4WD and may have a quad or two.
I would like to hold out for a grande, but the reality is that we would consider the hunt a huge success if we were just able to see some animals and possibly get a shot at a starter buck.
