This was originally posted as "Pick Up Rack"
I found this while hunting pheasants. It scores 228 BC NT as a pick up rack.
At the time it was scored it was #5 Montana Non Typical. Whitetail.

Couple pics.

I sawed the pine lumber from salvage trees on my ranch. Storm and drought killed. All the lumber was sawed with the mill "pic" below. The cabin is 21 feet by 26 feet' open ceilings and a 12 X 16 loft. Well insulated. We spent a weekend out there in Feb, temps hit -35. It was cozy as could be.

Haven't had much of a chance to work on the cabin lately, Back at it after hunting this fall.

I'm holding off on the mount for now. At $650. It would cut into my fall hunting fund. And the price of fuel, I'll need the money.

Yeah, mine cost $450 and that included getting a new cape for him. However if you find the right person they may even do it for cheaper, just for the privelege of doing such a beautiful mount. Also if they enter taxidermist shows then they may give you a "deal" but in turn they want to use your mount in their shows. This is what I encountered when mounting my 2006 deer, which will be shown at the Hunting expo at the South Towne Expo Center in July.
Look around, you may be able to get a good deal.
