Best Pack Out There

I am looking for a pack for use in hunting in the western states. I would be using the pack for a trip of one to two weeks in length. What packs would people recommend?
What size would be good for a 2 week trip (cu. in.)?
I have heard good and bad things about both internal and external frame packs..what is everybody's opinion on this matter?
Basically, what pack would you recommend for this 2 week trip (not necessarily for use as a day pack)?

My personal preference is the BADLANDS 4500... 2 weeks is a long time in the back country. With this pack you will be able to get everything you need there and back in comfort and when you are packing that kind of load comfort is what is going to get you there with a smile. :thumb

I've heard good things about the Badlands 4500 also. I personally have the Eberlestock J107 (Dragonfly). It's extremely versatile and adjusts anywhere from 2900 cu. in. to nearly 8000 cu. in. with the accessory pack attached. It's reasonably priced at cabela's too. Haven't gotten the chance to take it hunting yet, but I've been on quite a few hikes of 3-5 miles with it. Loaded it down with 50 lbs. of weights and blankets and it does an excellent job of carrying the weight.

I also like badlands but have heard great things about mystery Ranch from everyone who has ever owned one including former Badland pack owners.

I like my Eberlestock J104. With the spike duffle its around 7000ci. Packs down really nice as a day pack. Ben hiking around five miles with 50 pounds. In the hills of NW Pa. Handels the weight just fine. :)
