Big Buck by Himself

I took a trip to a new area yesterday to look for some deer. I found a monster buck that was all alone. There were deer in the area, but none in the little draw he was in. He was a 6X5 with a 30" frame. His front forks were awesome. He had two cheaters off the back fork on the right side and one cheater in the same location on the left side. He was really heavy and super long tines and good eye guards.

I didn't get any pics, he was a little nervous. He ran when I saw him. He then tried to hide twice and then trotted over the ridge. I tried to find him again today, but no luck. With him being alone like that, it might be hard to locate him again. I wish I could've got a pic, maybe next time. I'll let you know if I see him again and get a pic.

Central Utah.

Today I saw a 28" class 4X4 and another buck with a 6-7" drop tine (this was a young buck-maybe a 3 yr-old). They were both in a big herd of deer --- maybe 50 to 60 head total.
