Big Idaho Muley

This is my first mule deer I have taken since moving to Idaho two years ago. After eating tag soup from a controlled elk hunt I drew this year but was unsuccessful on, getting this old boy sure made my season. My only regret was not having anyone with me to share the experience with (and to help pack him out!)

Nice buck man!! It looks like you took him out of some pretty rough country by the looks of it. What an awesome buck though. That's too bad that you got skunked on your elk hunt, but I'm sure that monster makes up for one unfilled tag.

I was wondering if you have scored this buck. It's not wide but has great forks...I'd guess around 170 am I off?? Way to go!
