Black or camo bow?

Hey guys,
I am almost dead set on getting a black bow for next season. I am somewhat worried about the visibility
of it over camo. Does anyone have an opinion one way or the other?
Thanks in advance!

Critters key in on two things, smell and movement. As long as it does not relect light IMO it doesn't matter if it's pink with purple pokadots. I camode one of my trucks once, went of in the woods came back. Never did find it.

Stay in the shadows with that black bow and you'll be fine. :)

I mostly agree with what Maintguy47 said also, I sometimes think the camo bow is better...because deer seem to pick up solid (colored) objects better so in theory the camo bow would break up the solid better. But this may all be in my head.

I know a few guys who have black bows and doesn't seem to make a differnce. Like it was stated, movement and sent is more important.

I finally made up my mind. As cool as the black Mathews Z7 Magnum looks, especially with red accents, I am going with the
camo model. I don't want to have any problems. Thanks for the input guys!

As my ex-wife said as she walked out the door "Once you go black you never go back". I didn't even know she bought a new bow.

I compromised on a black riser with camo limbs. I also accessorized mine with black/red strings, stabilizer, wrist strap and
Code Red arrow rest

Here's a picture of the bow (Hoyt Carbon Matrix) with the red/black strings before the accessories were added. Only the limbs are camo, which doesn't show much but maybe if you were facing an animal it might help to break it up. I will try to post a photo of the completed bow if I get a chance.

I think it's a matter of preference. Yours, no the deer's. I like black. But some camos look beter than others. I like Lost camo, and lately Predator Deception Fall Grey, like my Strother SX1 here:
