My dad and grandfather have "blind hunted" mulies for years in Colorado. They are set up along the migration route, and as long as we have seen weather, the deer funnel down through every day. One year when they were really moving, my dad had 120 deer pass within 75 yards of his blind in 1 day, all moving down.

I think I've seen where a blind person has his guide set up some sort of vice for the gun and after the scope is focused on the deer, the blind person pulls the trigger. I think blind people are allowed to shot from the car if needed.
