bonus point question?

My brother recently moved to col. He got his drivers license which I believe automatically makes him loose his Utah residence.

My question is this: Does he loose the points he has accumulated to date, or is a point a point and he still has them.

Also is it possible to have a dual state citizenship?

i think he keeps the pts, but applies in the non. res pool

 i think that is 100% correct. i just had a buddy move from utah to oregon and that is what he was told about his utah points. and as far as duel residency, people get in major trouble for trying to pull that off.
