nice deer but if yur findin this in more than one deer you should really harvest these bucks and get them out of the gene pool.

This happens when a deer has both male and female repro. parts and does not have enough testoserone (or something like that) to drop the antlers. These horns are never shed and always have velvet and grow continually. Ive seen it in whitetails
