This deer and Marvin Hjalmarson's deer were taken in the same zone in so cal. a week apart. All public land and self guided the way its supposed to be done. Just a little hard work. Study some maps ask ???? and be polite, its amazing what you can learn of a certain zone. Do it the right way, work for it.
