I wish I could see his body better. I think he's an older larger deer. His antlers will be unusual when they finish. He's no trophy by most standards but i'd shoot him.

he looks pretty good to me, and seeing how he is large than any other mulie I have If I got the chance I would let him ride in my truck.

To early to tell for me, I have seen way to many bucks put on substantial growth from this point on till they are done. Looks like he could have a few extras develop on the top back end. But ya never know. I am saying it is to early to say SM, M, or LG. Only time will tell. If possible get another pic of him so we can see what he'll end up looking like. It may disappoint us or better yet it may surprise us.

Hes only got a crab on the RF and no fork on the LF,give him a few years and he may be a nice nontyp,as he is this year he wont amount to much, especially coonsidering the area hes in hes a DINK. :>/

Depends on where I was at and whether I was hunting w/my bow or rifle. Archery-any general unit in Oregon he'd be the first to get to tell his buddies about riding in the back of a truck. Rifle hunting where I hunt-I'd pass. He looks like a young buck with good potential. I vote M.

I felt so bad for that young buck when I saw the poll so I put a monster vote in for him lol He is really a medium in my books.

Hm medium to decent on a general unit.

I will say small and not beacuse I am a big trophy hunter. its just that he is not a four yet and looks young but the trophy lies in the eye of the beholder so to each there own.

Well thanks for all the comments, was great to hear your perspectives. Some very wise hunters on here. Well obviously I had a bit more info than you guys and here he is now pretty much finished growing. I kinda overlooked this guy initially also.

5 cheaters on the left and 3 on the right. I'll dig up a front view shot later, leaving town for my last break before school starts.

DOES YOUR OPINION OR VOTE CHANGE NOW??

Very cool buck you found Brett.

Reminds me of the comic where two bears are in the woods. One says to the other that is one heck of an unfortunate birth mark. The birth mark is a bullseye over the vitals.

Also reminds me of the one about not having to out run a bear as long as you can out run your buddy.

Man that buck sure put on some cool growth not sure how hed score with the crab claws but who cares. I love trash and that buck fits the garbage bill.
