This bull showed up this week, haven't seen him before...

Then a little later a different bull came by...

I think its the same bear. Looks like the same size and the walking pattern is the same.. Hes a dandy.

The tips of his ears droop forward, that's why I think it might be a different bull.
I had alot of pics of this tall antlered buck last summer. But I never found him to photograph during the rut, and I couldn't find his sheds this spring.
This little guy won't have spectacular antlers this year, but I really love the contrast and coloration of his coat. I just think he's cool!
I can't explain what causes this transparent effect, but it seems like it happens when there's still some daylight and the flash goes off. But it sure makes for an interesting pic.
