Butcher / Deer Processing

Can any one help me out. I'm trying to find a meat cutter / Butcher / Big Game Processer in either Green River, Moab, or Grand Junction. I don't know that the weather will let us hang a deer for long with the warm weather that is expected. Any help would be much appreciated.

If it's going to be awhile before you can get to a butcher, quarter it and put some ice in the bottom of a cooler put in the quarters in and pack ice over it. Remove the plug so the water and blood can drain constantly. Make sure you keep ice on it and under it. It'll keep well for about 5 days.
