California Deer Season Opens!!

Well, my Cali D6 Zone opens up Saturday, I'm plannin on bein up there and lookin around. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to the usual spot this year because of time, but the place I'm goin has deer. Last year I spotted a giant 4x4 in velvet, then my brother bumped into his bachelor herd opening weekend but never got a look at him. Anyone else huntin California this weekend?

Loco, good luck this year! I got the opportunity to hunt N CA while I was stationed in Monterey. Boy did I have a blast out there!

I'll be hunting D3 next weekend. I've never really found a solid spot in a D zone. My search continues. Good luck man!
