Central Mountains cow hunt

Hey everyone. My dad and I were lucky enough to be able to purchase some cow tags on the Morhland-Stump Flat area of the Central Mountains. It is a late hunt (Nov. 21 - Jan. 15). It is the area around Huntington. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience hunting elk in this area. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
