i love hunting chukars i hunt them in sevier emery and piute county along canal banks an almost always get lucky but there all gone now have they went up higher if so does anyone know where they are now (???)

When there's more moisture they'll go up in the hills since they don't have to come down to water. They will go wherever there is the most food, least predators, and least hunting hunting pressure then. That's how the birds over here are. When it rains or snows, they stay in the hills. If we go a while without a storm, they stay down closer to the creek.
