CO unit 63

I drew a unit 63 archery mule deer tag along with my dad. I will be paying a tresspas fee on 1000 acre ranch. Would any one like to give me advice on this unit i would be appreciated as i have never been there before. I plan on hunting the ranch first and the NF around it in the SE corner of the unit. Not asking for a spot just general info on the unit.
