Colo 2nd rifle combo DIY

We're set now I guess for second rifle comboe mulie doe and bull elk. Oct 20-24 in unit 55 then pick up wife and go to unit 45 for Oct 25-29 for bulls and does. Sold our camper trailer in Feb so we'll be hotelling it in Gunnison and Leadville. If any of y'all are in the area give us a call. Send email or pm me for the fone number. I hope to break our 9 year venisonless dry spell.

I got around to gettign our 2nd rifle OTC bull elk tags online today. Also found the had a few doe antelope tags on the leftover list so I bot one of them for myself. Hope to try it on one of the new Big Game Access ranches in unit 124. We'll see how it all goes. Scouting time is here...

Went sighting in and scouting some today. No mulies seen but saw 15 nice antelopes and 6 bighorn sheep.

Wife outshot me with a cloverleaf 4 shot 1" group at 104yrds with her 06. I hate gettin old...
