Colorado Archery Mule deer questions

I have applied for points only in colorado this year for muley's because i have a hunt in November for them in Montana with my rifle.

here's the question, can a guy buy an over the counter archery tag for mule deer bucks in colorado in any specific area? or do you have to draw for them? any info would be greatly appreciated.

It's all a draw no matter what weapon. There are, on occasion, some leftover tags available.......but last year they were few and far between....even for archery.
