When do these go on sale? The brochure says they set the numbers in May but do they go on sale then or in August with the other OTC tags?

I just checked with CDOW. According to the rep on the phone the OTC with cap permits will go on sale at 0900 hrs (thats 9am for you non-military types lol ) on July 14th. If this moisture continues it should be a good year for the bears. [-o<
