Colorado, Grand Mesa Area

I am looking for some information on hunting Mule Deer in this area. I have gone to Colorado's website and looked up the GMUs. I am not sure that out of state tags are issued for Mule Deer. In this area. If any one hase hunted or has knowledge of this area please help me out. The units are as followes: 41, 42, 52, 411, 421, 521.

I live on the west side of Grand Mesa (in Grand Junction) but I don't hunt in those units. The exception being I have spent some time in unit 521. It is beautiful country but man does it get pounded in the general big game seasons. The other units I'm not sure how heavy they get hunted, but I do hear of some nice bucks coming out of there. Up until this year, 40% of the tags were allotted to nonresidents, but I've heard that may be getting cut back to 35%. Brochures should be out in about a month.
