Colorado late youth

I hunted the first weekend of the late season for a youth hunt (Dec 1). The first morning we seen a huge 6x6 but had a cow tag. Then seen some cows on a ridge, but on private property. we walked around the property, and waited on the other side but no luck. Then seen the that day. the second day we seen nothing. Snow was about a 6 in deep and deeper in some spots. We were in unit 85. We are going the last weekend, next weekend (Dec. 30-31). Hopefully we do great. keep ya posted.
