Colorado old timers

These old-timers are hanging in "Trader's Rendezvous" in Gunnison, Colorado. The store is well worth the stop if you are passing through town. The really big one is 44" wide if I remember correctly. I do not know the years when they were taken. I think the good old days of mule deer hunting are here again in Colorado due to good conditions, limited-entry hunting units, and good management of the deer population.

Man, that one's my favorite (The triple-dropper)!

I'd stop huntin' if I brought him home!

all phenominal, no doubt, But i'd have to say my favorite is in the first pic, that one in the bottom right. Great all round buck, good mass, beautiful frame, oh who'm i kiddin - i'll never see a deer like that.. im just gonna stop right now

The tripple dropper buck is a CLOSE second though. I'd have to say if I saw the 2 sitting side by side while hunting chances are i'd take the tripple dropper.. accualy w/out a doubt I know i wouldnt be able to pass on that.. but having time to look at each and all, say if i was shooting outa a field or something on a canned hunt (just for example.. NEVER would) That first buck on the bottom right is a BEAUT!

man this is tough, im really gonna stop dreaming now :nono:

It has been years since I've been in there and I still remember walking around with my jaw on the floor, leaving a drool trail.
