no question for bigger bulls arizona---- but colorado offers better oppertunity for hunters to go hunting alot and dont kid yourself there are places in colorado that rock for some pretty dang good bulls!!

I agree Arizona for bigger bulls Colorado for oppertunity. Utah isn't a bad choice either.

Colorado has close to 280,000 elk and has unlimited & over the counter bull tags for 2nd and 3rd season for most of the units. AZ has some big bulls but drawing a tag is another story.

Agree with Hiker. If you want meat in the freezer and a hunt in some of the most beautiful country you'll ever see, Colorado. If you want a bull of a lifetime and are willing to wait a few years to draw a tag, Arizona. Utah and Nevada have some great bulls, but you will have to wait for the tags also.
