Colorado unit 41,42,421

Hey everyone, I drew a 1st season cow tag and where I was going to hunt has been hit hard by archery and muzzleoader hunters ](*,) . I just went up today and could not find any fresh sign of elk. I have been scouting pretty hard with my dad all year and now I dont no what to do. Im 15 years old and am hoping I can get my first elk this year. I am just happy at getting out and having a fun time but I would really like to have atleast one oppertunity at getting a cow. And Im not looking for anything big just would like to fill the freezer with whatever I could find. I would like to try and find a new place and im open for any of the three units cause those are the ones I can hunt. If any one has any advice on a starting place to try and fill my tag that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :thumb
