these are awesome!! this shoulda been hidden in your christmas gift brett - c'mon man, what were you thinkin puttin that little fork horned buck instead of these true beasts?

hey tell that man congrats with his success on all of these! that second to last pic is my favorite just cause (although girlish - just cant think of a better word to describe it with, haha) but those young young cats that still have the spots are FRICKIN CUTE!!! hahah.. dang, may as well have called my self a woman. anyways, thanks again - great pics!

hound_hunter i was just about to say the same thing. its ok to be a little girly.lol. i think its cute to. just look at his lil face and his lil but big paws.lol. its so cute!!!!! haha

sheesh! that takes a load off - I was afraid all you manly hunter types would throw me in the fire for that one! Well, now that thats settled I'm gonna have to show you a few little fuzz balls that'll make your hearts melt! Ya ever run outa christmas presents for the lady, a baby lion just might do the trick fellas :thumb

This was in Montana I believe last year, but maybe the year before - They wer eon the trail of somethin but runnin dry ground so couldn't see the tracks. Well the female lion was spotted up top but once they got in for a better look they found a GREAT suprise! 4 little kittens, small enough they weren't able to clim up with mamma in the tree, hangin out at the base (scared to death i'm sure). I would DIE for this opportunity! Over any trophy hunt in the world, I think this tops mine, huntin big old lions and while she's treed have 4 kittens bayed up, now thats a good day!

id love to go after a cougar. seen one 2 years ago, as it darted across the bush infront of us. other than that not a single other one seen lotsa lynx and bobcats though but i question eating a cougar i hear its good but to go out and bag one and not knowing what it tastes like doesnt sit good with me so ill patiently wait

Until I saw these photos, it never really occured to me that lions might be way up in a Ponderosa pine tree like some of these are. I'd always seen photos of them treed in little shrub trees, or rocks. I guess I just never really thought about the fact that they can climb any size tree that they want!
