coyote bountys

Does anyone know were or who to talk to about the coyote bountys in washington county. I talked to the DWR and they said that they dont know anything about it.

In Kane County the county pays the bounty, I can't remeber who you take them to in the Court house though.

you take them to the county commisioner in ordervill $25 a scalp. (kane county)
