coyote hunting

all right this coyotes is making me mad. I know where his hole is but i cant sneak up on him. i have tried calling but i still cant get him to come. So the question is do you have any ideas

keep the wind to your advantage. keep movement to a minimum. only move when hes looking away from your location. take up the barrel with some camo tape if its stainlesssteel cause theyll see the shine. dont over call. keep quiet when entering your stand

Since it's feb. now, they are mating. Try some female invite or male challenge howls, if you know it is a male. By this time of year they are usually pretty harassed with the distress calls.
