Come on you guys, get those Tcams deployed. I feel like the Lone Ranger around here!
My memory card filled up in 3 days, so I'm sure this bull has forked again since he last got shot. Had lots of elk tracks there yesterday when I changed cards.

This yearling has HLS (hair loss syndrome). It's infested with an Asian lice that is thought to have originated in the Puget Sound area of Washington. The lice came from animals imported from Asia and has spread down the west coast and inland valleys, now it has spread in the Cascade mountains it appears. It seems to affect the fawns during their first winter, and causes them to scratch and chew themselves crazy making their hair fall out. Many of them die from exposure during the winter, but can survive if they make it into late spring and grow a new summer coat. This kid should survive! [-o<

I feel bad for the fawn, I bet that is bothersome.. He doesnt look very well..
