I don't know about you all, but everytime I see a Deer Crossing Sign here in Utah, I can't help but get offended when I see a whitetail with it's tail in the air jumping on the sign.
I can't believe the MDF isn't all over this, trying to save the MuleDeer in Utah. We can't even save them from the encroaching whitetail sign. The things we'll do to save a few dollars in the Govt. I am sure we got a smoking deal from some provider back east.
Let your voices be heard!!! Let's keep MuleDeer as our state deer!!!

The mecca of muledeer hunting (Colorado) is getting snubbed by the whitetail sign. No wonder every sign I see anymore is shot up. It's probably the diehard muledeer hunter letting them know what they think of the whitetail.

You know Cowslayer, the last time I hunted Montana and Wyoming, I saw more whitetails then I did mulies. Whitetails everywhere!
Now someone just contact Tony Abott or the new PRES. of the Mule Deer Foundation and tell em to "get er done"! :thumb
All come from China :-$
We should make our own.
We could have a velvet in the summer. In the Fall, depending on the area, a 150 class, Maybe a non-typical. In heavy hunted areas the best we could do is a fork. And never a white Tail in Muley country. :nono:
Just outside of Kamas there is a mulie and a whitetail sign within 100 yards of eachother??
Just thinking.. The state has more important things to ponder about..
(Improved padded shovel handles to lean on!)
Its all about the rack
Of course, we have Muleys, Whitetail, and Blacktail here in WA so it would have to be semi-regional.
Just thought I would throw that out there.
nice job
