DNR Wildlife Plan 2015 - Mule Deer etc.

What are your thoughts on all this if ANY? TONS of information in here...

Interesting stuff. As I said in the other post I kind of like the idea of the late muzzleloader hunt. According to their chart the Zion is way over the objective, but I'm afraid that includes a lot of young bucks. The other question I have is what do they mean when they want to combine the deer bonus and preference points system? I don't know that I would agree with that if it all became one.

Who would not like to hunt a late muzzleloader hunt. I sure would . Although after 3 solid months of hunting pressure I would like to see "THE LAST OF THE MOHEIKENS" if there are any left get a chance to breed. Instead our local dwr would rather have more $$ in there pocket. I also would like to know on there 18 buck to 100 doe ratio how many of them 18 bucks are mature. Not trying to cause a skus just stating some truth. HOW HARDER CAN UTAHS DEER HERD BE HUNTED. P.s you would not believe how many 3X4 3x3 and 2x3 bucks came out of the bookclifs this year, this unit disgusts me.

 I didnt see this in the proposal, where did you find it?

I did see where they propose that if you draw any tag, 1st choice or 5th choice you will use your points. Im all for this :)

9er it's on page 21 section h. It doesn't say much about it besides they want to explore consolidating them. I don't like how that sounds.
