Can't remember if I posted this here on this site or not.
My dog pointed this guy out on the pheasant hunt. Looked full grown, but was probably injured. It never did fly away, I wasn't about to try and pick him up to take him to some one. Just leashed my dog and walked away. But not beore I took his pic.

I wouldn't have attempted to pick him up! May end up lookin' for "help" yourself!...LOL
