Was the bull already wounded before it was shot in the video? Seems odd to want to jump shoot it like a pheasant. Anyhow, it's a great looking bull and congrats!

Absolutely that bull was already wounded, no way it heck that scenario played out like that without a pretty serious wound IMO. Great clip, look forward to the rest of the pics/story/video etc. 10sign:

 Oh come on Brett, you've never just sneaked up on a bedded bull elk before? :)) I have to admit, that was some fine quick draw shooting with a rifle. I can't wait for the story too.
