Favorite Spots!!

if you got handed a bull elk tag to hunt any where in the USA where would that area be and why?

If i could choose a area it would be in Wyoming area 124 they only give out 10 bull tags and the bulls there are huge!! The country in that area is beautiful and it's nice to be away from all the cars and other people.

Don't know other states very well. But crap I'd take one of several units we have here in Utah.

There is five/six units in Utah I would take over anywhere: Pahvant, San Juan, Dutton, Boulder, Beaver, SW Desert. Lots of 380+ bulls on them.

oh baby i'd take a general archery oregon---- :-k no really that would be tough, deffinatly those same units in utah, couldn't rule a few in arizona, but i might end up with a san carlos indian reservation hunt. heck there are a couple in each state that i would cry like a little old lady if i had the tag!! [ happy cry of course]

 I'll keep that offer in mind. I expect to pump up my efforts the end of June beginning of July.

New Mexico, a Gila (16) bull tag.
Colorado, unit 2 bull tag.
Wyoming, unit 63,64 bull tag.
Montana, a breaks rifle tag.
Utah, pretty much any LE unit.
I'm not sure on the other states and provinces.

I think that would be a very tough choice if you had to choose only one. i think i would say in utah. Boulder, pahvant, monroe, dutton, SW desert. tough choice but i would go with dutton or boulder i think i would flip a coin on that one. just cause i know those 2 unit the best.

with my brother in iraq , i am going to look at this from a different view . i would hunt unit 65 in colorado . nice looking country , the family camping area and it would be nice to have the hunting group hunt it once again like in the good old days .
