First bucks of the year

I was just out a week ago and spotted 2 bucks in a group of 5 deer, these are the first bucks i've seen this year. Really gets the buck fever and huntin itch going, I can't wait till hunting season or atleast summer when i can do some good scouting and see some big antlers. The 1 buck seemed to have a decent body, and maybe 5-6 inches of tine pokin out the top of his head, and the other buck just little nubs starting. I have no idea how big these bucks are and i was wondering if theres anyway way of judging size of bucks this early on, just as they're startin to get growth. Will the antlers of good bucks start spreading right away, or will they look the same as the others with just spikes or forks headin straight up? Anyways just wondering, and wanted to know if anyone else seems to have buck fever all year round lol?

They should start to spread right away of they are a wide or bick buck of course. Keep up the good work.
