First Bull

My buddy came out from NC and he was able to knock down this guy for his first bull. They weren't talking at all on the 6th but a bugle pulled him up out of the ravine and he stuck him good enough for a 50 yrd retrieve! Love it when that happens. He was pretty bored for the rest of the week, but still on cloud 9. Great hunt and we have meat in the fridge even though I never got a shot.

I would have showed more of the pic but it had to be 256 kb and the only way i know to do that is by cropping.

That's a nice first bull. What hunt was this and where?

This was archery in unit 14 Colorado. Found a good spot last year and proved successful. Any unit can be good in CO if you take the time to figure it out.
