Anybody out their using the Bitzenburger Fletching jig. I'm thinking about starting to fletch my own arrows with a crest and blazer vanes. Any feed back on your experiences would be much appreciated.

I've been using the Bitzenburger Fletching Jig straight clamp model and can't find a bad thing to say about it. The permanent magnet makes the vanes placement constant arrow to arrow. If you want a helicurl I did have a problem with the right clamp lining up perfect but that was probably my patience not the jig.

I use the Arizona Archery jig. The only problem I sometimes have is glue build up that needs to be scraped off every now and then.

I have a bitz jig that I use for fletching with feathers now that I am using a recurve but I have a bohning tower jig that I used for Blazers and it worked great and does all three at once . It can be used for flething up to 4 inches long (plastic vanes only). Bill
