I have two properties that I would consider offering up to a trade or for sale.
One property is a lot near Dell City, Texas 80x110. The other is 7.16 acreas in Belen, New Mexico.
I would like to trade both for acreage in South Dakota or Colorado. Look at 7 to ??? acreas.
If interested in just purchasing... they are as follows
Texas: $600.00 plus filing fee Other land has been going for 2000.00 plus.
New Mexico: $6000.00 plus filing fee. Other land has been going for 12,000.00.

New Mexico property still available. I am told because the property is in close proximity to the mountains, there are plenty of antelope, varmints, deer, and possibly Elk around or on the property.
New Mexico property - New Price of $5000.00. Will consider a trade of equal size in Colorado or South Dakota.
